The Contract will be awarded on behalf of the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE). The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a metrics software to be utilized by the Oklahoma State Department of Education, as well as Oklahoma public schools. Student outcomes and predictive technologies are to be a critical component of this metrics software. The software preference shall be an existing off-the-shelf program, which can be modified and tailored to the needs of OSDE and the Oklahoma public schools. This software must effectively be monitored and maintained for security and must be able to effectively communicate with the Oklahoma Student Information System. Data will be provided to support the needs of the software but shall not be distributed to third-party entities. The software must have the capability to complete advanced statistical analysis, data management, multivariate analysis, and predictive analysis. The software will be utilized to monitor on-going student data, while predicting educational and student outcomes.
